ABOUT KYLE
Kyle Griffith, originally from Trinidad and Tobago, is Managing Partner and Principal at The NYBB Group and CEO and Founder of Eminae Network. He brings more than 25 years of experience in business ownership and management, and a hands‑on approach to guiding owners through exits and acquisitions. Kyle holds the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and Certified M&A Professional (CM&AP) credentials. He has earned multiple IBBA Member Excellence Awards, including Chairman’s Circle and Outstanding Producer.
Kyle is the Immediate Past Chair and current Board Governor of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). He also serves on the boards of the International Association of Business Intermediaries (IABI) and the New York Association of Business Brokers (NYABB), and is a past board member of The M&A Source and the Business Intermediary Education Foundation. His service to the business community has been recognized by the Nassau County Office of Minority Affairs and Schneps Media’s Kings of Queens. He is an alumnus of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. The NYBB Group is a certified Minority Business Enterprise through the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC).
